Marketplace for Court-Enforced Yield & Legal RWA Liquidity

ACTIO is an AI-powered platform that tokenizes litigation finance into a Real World Asset class, connecting legal claims with decentralized capital via AI underwriting, smart contracts, and Claim Exposure Tokens (CETs). It delivers uncorrelated yield (25–40% IRR target) and liquidity to a $25B+ illiquid market.

WHY THIS PROJECT, WHY NOW?

Litigation finance is broken: claims lack visibility, underwriting is slow/manual, capital is locked 7–10 years, and many valid cases go unfunded. Of ~4M annual claims, few get capital. ACTIO fixes this with AI merit scoring, tokenized exposure (CETs), on-chain settlement, and secondary liquidity—making claims transparent and investable.

REVENUE MODEL

Four-tier model: (1) Intake fees ($2K/claim). (2) Marketplace subscriptions ($199–$500/mo). (3) Performance uplift (2–5% via smart contracts). (4) Secondary/prediction market fees. Asset-light, no directional risk, strong network effects, defensible AI data moat.

TARGET MARKET

Global litigation finance is a $25B+ market. Initial focus: fundable, digitizable claims (excluding bespoke mega-deals), entering via ~15K represented claims/year plus early unrepresented flow. Users: law firms, claimants, funds, and accredited retail—underserving SMEs and founders.

VALUE PROPOSITION

ACTIO combines AI underwriting, tokenized claim exposure (CETs), and on-chain liquidity to create a transparent, liquid market for legal risk. Unlike opaque funds, it enables discovery, real-time pricing, secondary markets, and smaller checks—earning fees with zero directional risk.

TECHNOLOGICAL FOUNDATION

AI underwriting ingests pleadings, predicts win rates (65–85%), models judges, finds precedent patterns, values settlements, and projects IRR. Claims are tokenized into fractional CETs with on-chain escrow, automated payouts, and prediction markets—combining AI, marketplace, and blockchain.
