PrimeSkill is a Web3 FPS platform where players wager crypto in skill-based matches and earn via WagerTech. Self-funded with $1M+, it has 4,000+ waitlist users and Solana & Somnia grants. WHY THIS PROJECT, WHY NOW?

Competitive gaming is broken — only pros and streamers earn, while 99.9% of players can’t access esports. Web3 games also lack polished competitive titles. Players spend billions with no ownership or upside. PrimeSkill changes this by letting anyone earn through fair, skill-based matches with AAA-quality gameplay.

REVENUE MODEL

Dual revenue streams: 1) Wager Fees: 4.95-16% rake on each wagered pot. 2) Cosmetic Fees: In-game skin sales modeled on CS:GO ARPU. Projected annual revenue: $3.6M from wager fees + $3.2M from cosmetics = ~$6.8M annually at scale.

TARGET MARKET

Primary: FPS and poker players aged 18-38 who want real economic stakes in gaming. Market size: 350M global FPS players. Targeting 0.25-0.5% conversion (875k-1.7M players). Initial focus on competitive PvP players seeking skill-based wagering alternatives to traditional esports.

VALUE PROPOSITION

PrimeSkill is a Web3 platform combining AAA Unreal Engine 5 visuals with skill-based wagering, enabling 99.9% of players to earn. Unlike pro-only esports, players can buy in, outplay, and get paid through transparent smart contracts, proprietary anti-cheat, and a token economy rewarding true skill.

TECHNOLOGICAL FOUNDATION

WagerTech: smart contract escrow and settlement for competitive play. Anti-cheat: EAC + Anybrain AI multi-layer detection trained on gameplay data. ARENA: unified distribution, identity, and wallet layer with cross-chain fiat/crypto onboarding. Patent filings planned for core wagering tech.
