Commissions: Fees from 1.5% to 8% on crypto purchases. Bitcoin-backed loans: Interest revenue from BTC-collateralized lending. BNPL services: Buy-now-pay-later for Bitcoin acquisition. Future revenue streams include asset verification services and premium features.

Primary: Unbanked/underbanked adults in LATAM (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru) seeking stable savings options. Market size: 250M+ unbanked adults; 55M crypto users in LATAM; 350M bank card users. Focus on users wanting automated Bitcoin accumulation and inflation protection.
